General Description
The RY3760 is a triple DC/DC converter for AMOLED display panel, requiring three supply rails, VPOS, VNEG
and AVDD. It integrates 300mA boost converter for VPOS, an inverting buck-boost converter for VNEG, and a boost
converter for AVDD. The device is particularly suitable for battery operated products, in which the major concern is
the overall system efficiency. The digital control pin Voltage (CTRL) allows programming the negative output
voltage in digital steps. Soft start with controlled inrush current limit, thermal shutdown and short circuit
protection are integrated functions of the device.
